Our Safety Culture
Safety is the uncompromising foundation of all operations at Kaizen Aviation. As a Saudi Arabia–based maintenance organisation, we fully align our practices with the requirements of the General Authority of Civil Aviation (GACA), including the provisions of GACAR Part 5 (Reporting), Part 6 (Safety Management System), and Part 145 (Approved Maintenance Organizations), as well as the occupational safety standards issued by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development (MHRSD).
At Kaizen, safety is non-negotiable. It governs our decisions, guides our actions, and defines the standard to which we hold ourselves and our partners.
If you are aware of a hazard please fill in the Hazard Report Form
We expect every member of our team—engineers, technicians, inspectors, and administrative staff—to uphold the highest standards of professionalism, situational awareness, and regulatory discipline. All personnel are required to maintain current competencies, participate in mandatory recurrent training, and execute their duties in strict accordance with approved procedures and GACA regulations. Every aircraft we release is treated with the same level of care and accountability we would demand for our own families.
GACA defines safety as “the state in which risks associated with aviation activities are reduced and controlled to an acceptable level.” At Kaizen, we enforce this standard with precision and seek to go beyond basic compliance. Our objective is not merely to limit risk, but to actively identify, eliminate, and control hazards through a disciplined Safety Management System and a culture of responsibility embedded at every organizational level.
Consistent with GACA’s safety oversight framework, Kaizen maintains a robust and confidential reporting system. We strongly encourage the immediate reporting of any hazard, deviation, or safety concern—no matter how minor it may appear. Reports may be submitted through our internal safety reporting platform, by email to info@aviationkaizen.com, or directly to the Chief Quality Inspector. Timely reporting is not optional; it is an essential element of regulatory compliance and a critical component of our safety assurance processes.
